When you become a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, you will be able to fully explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. Additionally, you’ll be able to demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics and assign team member roles and responsibilities.
You’ll gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the define, measure, analyse, improve and control (DMAIC) model in accordance with Six Sigma principles, with a basic knowledge of lean enterprise concepts, are able to identify non-value-added elements and activities and are able to use specific tools.
