Dineen brings to the organisation a wealth of management and teaching experience.  She has an honours degree in Education as well as a law degree both from Waikato University.

Roger has a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering (Electrical) and a New Zealand Certificate in Computer Technology.  He is a Registered Engineering Associate, a registered Electrical Inspector and assessor.  Roger has over 30 years experience in the electrical industry beginning as a cadet  with Mecury Energy before leaving in 1994 as a Systems Engineer to become a Consultant in safety & hazards training.

Walnetta has a Graduate Diploma Tertiary Teaching from Auckland University of Technology. Customer service is Walnetta's catch cry to the world.  She lives and breathes Customer Service. With more than 12 years experience in training Walnetta is able to tailor solutions to fit any business size. Walnetta's other passion is business skills training and as a SME business mentor assisting people into self employment  

Lachlan has a varied background made up of Customer Service training, management, business development and human resource consultancy.  Lachlan has worked for the last few years in E-Commerce and still consults for Training New Zealand on the new and emerging business of Human Resource Outscourcing.  Lachlan is a graduate of Massey University with a degree in Commerce in International Business and Psychology. He also has Computer Technology qualifications as an A+, Network+, i-net+ and is soon to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
